Our client, an established retail company is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead its store expansion initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented leader with strong experience in retail growth, site acquisition, and network development.

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate new store openings and expansions
• Manage onsite setup, visual merchandising, and store layout planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth store launches
• Monitor store performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure brand standards and excellent customer experience
