About the client

Our client is a dynamic company based in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking a skilled and dedicated Finance Manager to join their team.

Role Overview: 

As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and ensuring financial sustainability. This position requires a strong background in FP&A, business partnering, and strategic financial management to support decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights, drive cost efficiencies, and improve profitability.
• Develop financial models and scenarios to support business planning and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with a focus on FP&A and business partnering.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
