Supply Planning Manager

Our client, a well-established multinational company in the food and beverage industry, is looking for a Supply Planning Manager to lead the planning team responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient supply of finished goods to distribution centers.

This role will oversee inventory analysis, demand alignment, and supply optimization to support business objectives.

Location: Cagayan de Oro (CDO)

Work Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the supply planning team to ensure timely replenishment of finished goods to distribution centers.
• Analyze and balance inventory levels to meet customer demand while optimizing working capital.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and demand planning teams to align supply plans with production and sales forecasts.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators and drive process improvements.
• Ensure accurate and efficient planning systems and data management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply planning or related supply chain roles, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
