Sales Operations Head – Retail (Footwear Focus)

We are hiring on behalf of a leading retail and distribution company in the Philippines for a Sales Operations Head who will lead and drive the performance of its footwear portfolio.

This role is responsible for overseeing sales strategy, execution, and operations across multiple brands, ensuring sustainable growth and market competitiveness.

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and scale the sales operations for the footwear division
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company targets and brand positioning
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to drive revenue growth
• Oversee forecasting, inventory planning, and distribution coordination
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to optimize product movement
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team across channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce)
• Strengthen relationships with key partners, distributors, and accounts
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior sales or sales operations leadership role within retail
• Strong background in footwear is highly preferred
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience handling multi-brand portfolios is an advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
