About the Role

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that expand the companys footprint across B2B and institutional channels. The role involves leading a team of sales professionals, building key partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of business targets through effective planning, execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies for B2B and institutional account acquisition and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, including B2B and institutional sales.
  • Proven experience as a people manager leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
