Our client, a leading international workspace provider, is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and brand growth across multiple cities in Asia.
This role suits a hands-on marketer with experience in SEO, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaigns, who can balance global strategy with local market execution.
Location: Makati City
Work Setup: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content, events) to drive leads and sales.
- Develop strategies to grow brand awareness and online visibility across all markets.
- Manage marketing analytics, budgets, and reporting to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align campaigns with business goals.
- Lead agencies and vendors to deliver quality creative and digital outputs.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing or demand generation, ideally in real estate, flexible workspace, or B2B services.
- Proven skills in SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience working across multiple markets is an advantage.
