Our client, a leading international workspace provider, is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and brand growth across multiple cities in Asia.

This role suits a hands-on marketer with experience in SEO, digital marketing, and multi-channel campaigns, who can balance global strategy with local market execution.

Location: Makati City

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content, events) to drive leads and sales.
  • Develop strategies to grow brand awareness and online visibility across all markets.
  • Manage marketing analytics, budgets, and reporting to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Lead agencies and vendors to deliver quality creative and digital outputs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or demand generation, ideally in real estate, flexible workspace, or B2B services.
  • Proven skills in SEO, digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple markets is an advantage.
