Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Our client, a reputable and fast-growing property developer, is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join their team.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a solid background in real estate or property development.

Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support project evaluations and investment decisions.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow, project profitability, and key financial metrics across developments.
• Partner with business units to ensure accurate reporting and cost management.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
• FP&A experience, preferably in property development or real estate.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
