About the job Office Executive
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Assistant Office Manager and work as part of the Admin team.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks related to office management, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Prepare and process payments for administrative invoices and track property management expenses.
- Serve as the liaison with tenants and contractors for facility and property management matters.
- Track and update maintenance contracts.
- Participate in organizing company events, team-building activities, and corporate functions.
- Assist with purchasing office and pantry supplies.
- Manage and review company transportation leasing agreements.
- Oversee and manage corporate mobile phone plans and bills.
- Arrange utilities, cable, and internet services for management.
- Provide assistance with travel arrangements for corporate office staff as needed.
- Support reception duties when the Receptionist is unavailable.
- Participate in property-related projects.
- Take minutes for important meetings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience in a similar field.
- At least 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Strong communication and writing skills to engage with stakeholders and external parties.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
