Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teams from design, development, and management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create and monitor comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and schedules, to keep projects on track.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget limits.
- Anticipate potential challenges and develop strategies to minimize risks, maintaining smooth project flow.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure consistent updates and alignment on project goals.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects at once, focusing on each projects specific needs and timelines.
- Organize regular project status meetings and compile progress reports for senior leadership and clients.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment that promotes teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure all project activities align with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in project management.
Qualifications:
- Relevant practical experience.
- Proven experience in project engineering or related roles within the [Marine / Oil & Gas].
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical and non-technical information to various audiences.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability in fast-paced and changing work environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make sound decisions under pressure.
