- Locating and securing new business throughout the Asia Region
- Managing and advancing the sales cycle from prospecting to a successful conclusion with efficiency
- Trying to meet KPIs and sales goals
- Collaborating on regional and international bids with sales managers in other nations
- Developing a strong and long-lasting sales funnel and making sure that account planning and forecasting are precise and exacting
- Creating and carrying out plans and strategies for sales to reach revenue targets
- Performing competitor and market research in the area
- Representing the business at trade exhibitions and regional gatherings
- Examining regional competitors' actions and market trends
- The organization may occasionally assign assignments that have nothing to do with sales but will advance your professional development overall.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a similar discipline
- At least eight years of experience in a sales role
- Knowledge of the energy and marine industries is required.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Preferential experience in sales for Travel Management Companies (TMC)
- Needs to be business-minded and able to convert data into business-useful concepts.
- Have outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Have the capacity to cultivate and oversee relationships at the senior level.
- Results-driven and possessing excellent analytical abilities
- Well-versed in Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial.
