Business development and sales:

Technical Proficiency:

- Help with product customisation to satisfy certain customer needs.
Project Administration:
- Supervise and plan the systems' and products' installation and deployment.
- Make certain that projects are finished on schedule, within budget, and within scope.
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to guarantee a successful project's completion.
Administrations of Sales:
- Create and deliver agreements, contracts, and sales proposals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and advancement in relation to goals.
- Keep thorough records of all communications and transactions with customers in the CRM system.
Customer support:

Qualifications:
- Three to five years' minimum experience in sales engineering or a technical sales position similar to it.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more of the following fields: marine lights, oily water separators, deck machinery, sewage treatment facilities, and HVAC systems.
- Outstanding negotiating, presenting, and communication abilities.
- The capacity to function both individually and together.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to travel as needed.
