Luxurious and prestigious hotel in Dubai, renowned for its exceptional service and opulent surroundings. We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Hostess.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly experience.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide information about the hotel and its facilities to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Pleasant appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Height of 170cm or above.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in computer skills, including reservation systems.
