Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and personalized assistance.
  • Offer comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with booking reservations, arranging transportation, securing tickets, and making recommendations for dining and entertainment.
  • Manage guest requests and inquiries, providing prompt and efficient solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, ensuring guest privacy and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on local events and activities, offering relevant information to guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a Concierge in a luxury hotel or similar setting.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and cultural events.
  • Proficient in using reservation systems, travel booking platforms, and other relevant technology.
  • Pleasant appearance and a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent spoken English.
