We are looking for a Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of our day spa. In this position, you will hire and train staff members, delegate tasks to staff, and set schedules. You must make sure we have someone on staff for every position, including reception, a masseuse, and a skincare specialist. You will also be responsible for the performance of our spa, so you must develop marketing campaigns, whether thru advertising campaigns or social media posts. Our ideal applicant has a bachelors degree in business administration and several years of experience in cosmetology or spa management.
