SNR CHEF DE PARTIE / CHEF TOURNANT

Snr Chef de Partie (Chef Tournant as I call it as they will work all section except pastry)

• R16.7K basic with tips, tips fluctuate every month, so we dont bank on them but the basic yes. We also help with the first R1.5K of medical aid.
• 6-7 years experience in a 5 star
• Matric is non-negotiable, diploma is a great but if they have the right experience I will interview.
• Own transport is a plus.
• Must be able to manage in all section with 3 to 5 staff, on the odd occasion will open the kitchen.
• This is a stepping position for jnr sous and there will be large workload for this individual.
