Roles & Responsibilities

  • Disassemble, clean, inspect, reassemble, and test diesel engine components including cylinder heads, fuel pumps, turbochargers, pistons, and connecting rods.
    • Carry out mechanical fitting and assembly tasks in accordance with technical drawings, service manuals, and job instructions.
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by managing tools properly and adhering to 5S standards.
    • Work closely with quality inspectors to identify, address, and resolve any non-conformities.
    • Take part in toolbox meetings, job safety analyses, and team discussions on work progress and safety matters.
    • Travel to customer sites, vessels, shipyards, and offshore locations as required, following all site-specific safety and access procedures.
