Finance Manager

Financial Operations

• Manage daily accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity

Budgeting & Planning

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Track actual performance vs budget and explain variances
• Support management with financial analysis and cost control

Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations
• Coordinate audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and external advisors
• Ensure timely tax filings, statutory reports, and regulatory submissions

Management & Control

• Develop and improve financial processes and internal controls
• Support pricing, profitability, and operational decision-making
• Supervise junior accounting staff

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a hands-on role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Prior experience managing end-to-end finance operations
