  • Oversee connections with hotels, airlines, travel companies, rental cars, and other relevant businesses.
  • Overseeing and managing office supplies, beverages, stationery, and courier services
  • Administrative tasks, invoice, PO, and D/O matching, and uploading to NetSuite for processin
  • Make arrangements for hotels, airlines, vehicles, and visas for both inbound and outbound travel with the designated travel management vendor to guarantee the best possible pricing.
  • Create a travel report for management to evaluate.
  • Keep track of purchase records, document controls, and filing systems.
  • Any additional ad hoc work that management assigns

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: O Level or Equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years.
