About the job AR Assistant

  • Issue invoices, credit notes, and receipts to customers
  • Reconcile bank statements and perform data entry in accounting systems
  • Preparation of sales report for monthly GTO submission
  • Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports schedules
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
  • Liaise with internal departments on payment and billing matters
  • Support in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation
  • Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
