Accounts Receivable Assistant
About the job Accounts Receivable Assistant
- Issue invoices, credit notes, and receipts to customers
- Reconcile bank statements and perform data entry in accounting systems
- Preparation of sales report for monthly GTO submission
- Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports schedules
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Liaise with internal departments on payment and billing matters
- Support in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation
- Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
