Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare, review, and manage proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, agreements, and pricing with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, technical) to ensure alignment of commercial activities with project delivery.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
  • Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and other commercial planning activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • 1- 3 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role (energy, renewables, or engineering industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
