Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies in line with company objectives.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to achieve business goals.

  • Monitor and report on commercial performance indicators.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or commercial roles within the maritime or shipyard industry.
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation, proposal management, and project coordination.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining client relationships at both local and global levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.
