Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies in line with company objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage agreements with clients and partners.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to achieve business goals.
- Prepare, review, and manage proposals, bids, and tenders.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on commercial performance indicators.
- Ensure adherence to legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage departmental budgets and optimize resource allocation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or commercial roles within the maritime or shipyard industry.
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation, proposal management, and project coordination.
- Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining client relationships at both local and global levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.
