- Determine and focus on fleet owners, operators, and energy suppliers who may needs for upgrades and retrofits.
- Advance the range of fuel-conversion and emission-reducing technologies in accordance with customer sustainability goals and changing IMO rules.
- Actively create a robust pipeline of possibilities by direct interaction, gatherings, and professional networks.
- Work together with the Product Center, Technical Sales, and Engineering to create specialized, technically sound retrofit packages.
- Examine engine configurations, operational data, and vessel parameters to ascertain ROI and viability.
- Have technical-commercial conversations with clients to coordinate on
- scope and expectations.
- Create and deliver proposals that include risk assessments, pricing plans, and cost estimates, as well as time constraints.
- Take the lead in negotiations, making sure they are in line with the contract terms and the company's financial goals.
- Assure appropriate documentation, internal approvals, and adherence to export control and legal requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre-contract stage, offering timely communication and professional advice.
- Keep up long-term connections to guarantee customer happiness, referenceability, and repeat business.
- Monitor consumer preferences, market developments, and rivalry.
- To guarantee a seamless transition following contract award, collaborate closely with the Project Execution team.
- Communicate with Engineering, Finance, and Procurement to guarantee that terms, costs, and specs are well-defined.
