Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire hiring process, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and setting up interviews.
  • Provide new hires with HR orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Make sure that every piece of employment paperwork is processed and filed correctly.
  • Oversee work pass changes, cancellations, and renewals on time.
  • Assist with general HR administrative duties, such as managing personnel records, answering inquiries, and organizing HR-related activities.
  • As needed, prepare reports and send them to federal agencies.
  • Engage in internal audits and keep thorough records for legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • A Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a similar field.
  • Three years or more of experience in human resources, with a focus on hiring and processing.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
