Registered Nurse - ICU

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years previous ICU experience
• Associate degree in nursing
• Registered & licensed to practice in the State of Idaho
• BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center
• ACLS - within 3-months of hire (to be assigned by the Learning Center
• NIH Stroke within 3-months of hire

Employees must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and
receiving instructions: (a) can get along with co-workers or peers
without exhibiting behavioral extremes, (b) perform work activities
requiring negotiating, instructing, supervising, persuading, or speaking
with others; and (c) respond appropriately to constructive feedback
from a supervisor.

Hours: Hiring for both 12-hr days & night shifts (7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am); You will receive 11% night shift differential

SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS (Paid based on majority of hours worked)

• Evening Shift (3pm 11:30pm) = 8%
• Night Shift (11:00pm 7:30am) = 11%
• No Weekend Differential
