They are simply a conduit for global investments.
Chaka provides access to over 4000 assets listed on the US stock exchange as well as blue-chip companies in over 40 countries across the world.
They boast of a user base of over 5000 active users at the beginning of the year, have processed nearly $200,000 in trade volume since it started last year.
About The Role
Chaka is looking to hire a bright, passionate, and dynamic copywriter with experience working with a range of professional topics and a desire to work in a high-growth environment. In this role, you will provide both marketing and educational copy for individual investors (B2C), as well as institutional investors and business customers (B2C).
What do you need to do to be considered successful?
You will be responsible for producing content in collaboration with the brand, research, design, and growth team. Deliverables will include copy for marketing materials such as flyers, emails, ads, landing pages, social media posts, and more.. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
How Important Are you to the bottom-line
You will be responsible for developing concise and compelling copy to push brand and marketing message. You will also be pivotal to presales efforts and support marketing initiatives.

- Develop and publish articles, daily and weekly newsletters for a B2C and B2B audience.
- Develop and publish copy for social media, ads, and other marketing materials.
- Develop webinar scripts for our weekly webinar.
- Manage and engage community members on social media and Telegram.
- Share ideas and develop strategies to improve digital content and marketing strategy.
- Bring brand tone and voice to life to maintain the consistent look and feel of both digital and traditional channels.
- Navigate input and approvals from research, growth, and comms teams.
- Effectively communicate ideas and concepts to other team members and customers.
- Collaborate well with cross-functional team members to perform necessary writing, copyediting, and/or proofreading needs.
- Conduct independent research for product or channel marketing materials, as well as produce proactive content for B2B and B2C audience.
