We are currently seeking a CNA Floater who is highly available and flexible to support our clients across different locations. This position requires someone who can step in where needed and provide consistent, high-quality care.

This floater position includes access to a company vehicle and requires strong availability to cover various client shifts and locations.

Role Overview

As a CNA Floater with CareCo, you will provide in-home care support to clients across different locations as needed. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and comfortable stepping in to ensure clients continue receiving excellent care.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily routines
• Personal care and hygiene support
• Preparing simple meals
• Light housekeeping and errands
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Traveling between clients to provide coverage when needed
• Communicating with the CareCo team regarding client updates

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for CNAs who are:

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Compassionate and patient
• Comfortable working independently in clients homes
• Highly available and flexible to cover different shifts and locations
• Able to follow care plans and instructions

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification in the state of Rhode Island (required)
• Valid drivers license and good driving record
• Ability to be consistently punctual and reliable
• Professional communication skills
