CareCo Home Care is currently seeking an experienced caregiver in the Stonington and Groton, Connecticut areas for an ongoing case Thursday through Sunday. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver who is comfortable assisting with transfers and mobility support using a Hoyer lift.

Schedule:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily routines and personal care
• Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift
• Mobility and positioning assistance
• Toileting and hygiene support
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as needed
• Light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Communicating updates with the CareCo team

Requirements

• Hoyer lift experience required
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions

Preferred
CNA certification or prior home care experience
