Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to fill critical roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening:
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals, and databases) to identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Candidate Pipeline Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Offer Extension and Onboarding:
  • Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Employer Branding:
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates.
• Recruitment Metrics:
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost per hire, and quality of hire).
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
