We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various departments and levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment:
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Onboarding:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition.
- Stay updated on industry trends:
- Keep abreast of current recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven ability to source and attract top talent across various roles and industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with social media recruiting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
