The purpose of this position is to maximize efficiency and ensure administrative functions in the Sales Division by operating according to set targets and in line with operational. 

Salary: R30 000

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Assist Sales team in preparation of relevant documentation
  • Prepare quotations / Proforma invoices to customers
  • Invoicing of all LE/CE orders in line with customer requirements
  • Assist Sales department with general admin functions
  • Liaising with banks and credit providers regarding finance deals until final stages of receiving payment
  • Overall responsibility to ensure sales orders received are completed, processed and distributed correctly and timeously
  • Receiving and accurately processing of sales order documentation for delivery to customers / collection from customers / transport
  • Follow up on estimated delivery dates on out of stock items and communicate estimated delivery dates with sales team
  • Manage requests from Area Sales Representatives and Dealers to do demonstrations to customers, as well as new machines to be tested in the market.  
  • Recording notes for follow-up actions and updating of customer databases to reflect changes to the status of each customer
  • Ensure all administrative functions are in place and being followed / implemented effectively and in line with company and system requirements
  • Facilitating customer complaints and queries; foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work carried out; ensure feedback / communication to customers
  • Assisting Admin Manager with adhoc tasks when and where needed that might not fall in scope of duties.
  • Participation in team/department meetings and development/training initiatives.
