The Front Office and Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors, and managing general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

    • Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
    • Managing incoming calls and emails.
    • Providing general information about the organization.
    • Scheduling appointments and meetings.

Administrative Support:

    • Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Filing and maintaining records.
    • Assisting with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.

Reception Area Maintenance:

  • Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Customer Service:

  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a front office or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.

R8,000 - R10,000 per month
