The Front Office and Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors, and managing general office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties:
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Managing incoming calls and emails.
- Providing general information about the organization.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
Administrative Support:
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Filing and maintaining records.
- Assisting with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment.
Reception Area Maintenance:
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
Salary
R8,000 - R10,000 per month
