Projects
- New 3 year project; Vendor, project plan, budget & board approval - ready to start
- Represent the client to ensure the vendor executes against agreed timeline, budget and contractual requirements / scope.
- Be the go-between for department heads (Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing) and the vendor.
Challenges
- This is the largest technology investment the group has done.
- No internal software developers / engineers to support the implementation
- Rely heavily on specialized vendor (with relevant industry experience) to process map, train users and roll out a customized / highly configurable solution
Responsibilities
- Tracking, analyzing and resolving issues with ERP systems
- Communicating with management on schedules, delays and work changes
- Training users - Ensure adoption of the new system
- Understand, justify & budget for project scope changes - and ensure the solution is not over engineered and is fit for purpose and high end user acceptance.
Must Have
- Large scale ERP implementation experience (ideally end to end)
- i.e SAP / Oracle / SalesForce / Odoo / Infor / Netsuite / Sage / MS Dynamics
Nice to have
- PMP / PMI Cert
- Experience with MNC, ERP Vendor, IT Consulting or large local corporates
Levels
- Individual contributor role
- Reporting to the head of IT
- Work closely with the CEO and COO
Location
- Working from KL office, 5 days a week
- Site travel (in Malaysia) case by case basis (i.e user testing & training)
