Project:

  • Support customer pilots with a focus on value creation
  • Provide Product team with customer requirements, feedback and early deployment experience to constantly refine product strategy and design

Role:

  • Work with BDMs to understand customer strategy & requirements
  • Lead customer proposal, address priorities and pain points
  • Create and confidently deliver solution presentations
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support

Must-have's:

  • 2+ years in relevant consulting role (SaaS/Enterprise)
  • 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales or account management for enterprise software

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Hospital Industry or Hospital Information system.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and coordinating the delivery of technical/ software-led projects

Level / Grade:

  • Reporting to the Head of Sales

  • Work from office - Mid-Valley City
