Projects
- Craft Clear & Engaging Content: microcopy, user interface text etc
- Maintain a consistent voice and tone across all user touch points
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Working on the core platform & help desk (copy / microcopy)
- New Video guides (Same tone and voice)
Responsibilities
- Your words will guide users through our features, helping them to understand and utilize our platform effectively.
- Shapes the voice and tone of our product, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand
- Work with product team to ensure content aligns with the user experience
Team
- Product team is at 7 people - UIUX 3 (1 writer 2 x designers)
- Reporting directly to the COO, who gives a lot of autonomy
Must Have
- 3 + years: Content, Technical Writing, PR, Communications, Copywriting
- Experience can be from agency, start up, tech company, Saas
- Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Journalism, PR etc
- UX experience (SaaS)
Nice to have
- Microcopy
- Figma
- User-centered design principles and usability
- Interested in: A.I, psychology, HR Tech, psychometric assessment
Levels
- Can grow in a Lead UX role - leading the UX team (2 years)
- 3 years minimum (open to hire more senior, can adjust budget accordingly)
Location
- Hybrid (2 days a week in the office) based in KL
