Responsibilities
- Primarily involve in configuring and deploying VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) systems.
- Setting up and adjusting various components of a system to ensure they function correctly and efficiently according to the requirements and specification.
- Installation, Configuration, Maintenance and Upgrades of VoIP infrastructure, PBX system and products.
- Analyse SIP packets to identify network and call quality issues and disruptions to service quality.
Must Have
- Proficient in Window & Linux
- Independent - Doesn't need to be micro-managed
- Comfortable in traveling on client site (Within Klang Valley area)

Career Progression & Level
- Mid level: min. 2 years of experience in system engineer
- Reporting to the Tech Lead, System Consultant
- Venture career path into Technical Advisory, where you will be providing technical proposals based on the client network environment.

- Working Hour: 9am to 6pm
