Product Owner - Fintech

Project

• Assist the development of B2B solutions, focusing on loyalty, remittance, insurance products..
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Work closely with B2B clients, understanding their needs and refining solutions.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Problem-Solving: Identify product gaps and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Gather feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.

Must have

• Proven experience in B2B type of environment.
• Strong analytical mindset

Nice to have

• Fintech/Loyalty/Insurance/SaaS/HrTech experience
• Familiarity with user research and competitive analysis

Level

• Report directly to the Product Manager
• Hands-on, 100% individual contributor role.
• Minimum 2 years of Data/Business Analyst/Product experience
• Opportunity for promotion to Product Manager with regional responsibilities within 2-3 years.

Location / Work arrangement:

• Hybrid 1 day from home
