IT & Infra Project Manager: Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and project management to ensure successful delivery of projects;
• Manage full development lifecycle including design, planning, development, release & implementation support;
• Interpret functional/ technical/ business specifications into technical delivery;
• Provide subject matters support to business change requests;
• Develop and review the technical documents;

Ideal candidate should have:

• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the relevant technologies (.NET / C#), programming languages, and software development methodologies.
• Project Management: Methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Skills include planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Leadership and Team Management: Ability to inspire, lead, and mentor technical teams.
• Budgeting and Cost Management: Knowledge of budgeting and financial management to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product meets the required standards and specifications.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in network infrastructure such as structured cabling, wireless LAN, routing technologies and network solutions. (not only development, but infra, security, QAT/UAT, prod deployment)
• Good understanding of Agile methodology,
• Cloud related projects
• PMP certification

Nice to have

• Cloud computing knowledge (AWS or Azure)
• Project management tools like Jira
• Certificate with Agile PM

• Hybrid working arrangement - 1 day WFH)
