Product Design Lead

Role

• Actively seek improvement in design direction, ensuring alignment with product and user interface design system.
• Manage design projects from conception to completion.
• Conduct user research initiatives to gather user insights
• Create compelling design concepts and prototypes

Project

• Maintain the current Design System (critical thinking)
• Design and act as a brand protector when integrating with local & regional partners/clients
• Own the design on new products/features

Must have

• 7 years+ experience in UI/UX - product design
• Mobile design
• Design system knowledge
• Negative flows

Nice to have

• Experience in 3rd party integration
• Loyalty Industry/Vertical

Level

• Reporting to the Head of Product
• Senior level - Managing 2x team members
