Project

  • Manage sales efforts nationally, targeting enterprise clients to join the platform.
  • Support customer success by assisting with onboarding, training, and presentations.
  • Travel once a month for roadshows and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and secure enterprise-level clients.
  • Present product offerings and conduct training sessions
  • Report sales progress, and results to the Director of Sales.

Must have

  • Proven experience in B2B or enterprise-level sales, with a strong hunter mentality.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Zoho (CRM) or similar systems.
  • Previous experience in HRTech, SaaS, or fintech sales is a plus.
  • Comfortable presenting to and training large groups.

Level

  • Reporting to the Director of Sales
  • Hands-on, 100% individual contributor role.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Opportunity for promotion to Senior Sales Manager with regional responsibilities within 2 years.

Location / Work arrangement:

  • Hybrid 1 day from home / KL Eco City
