About the job Employee Risk and Safety Advisor
An Innovative National Professional Services Firm is continuing a journey of enhancing its People Function with this newly created role. The overall objective of the position is to support the Head of HR with HR Compliance, WHS and Risk Management across all states.
Duties will include
- Reviewing HR Policy Documentation including drafting policy updates and monitoring renewals
- Supports the evolution and enhancement of a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Frameworks and Initiatives
- Supports the broader HR Team with Workers Compensation and Injury Management claims.
- Employee Award Interpretation
- Assists with Risk and Safety Audits
- Analytics, Reporting and Ad Hoc Projects
To secure this role you will have
- Experience in HR, WHS, Works Compensation or Employment / WHS Law
- Experience in Health, Safety and Wellbeing
- An understanding and ability to interpret Employment Legislation
- A high Attention to Detail
- An inclination towards Policy and Research
- An ability to Analyse, Interpret and Present Data
