Location: Liverpool, South West Sydney (Candidates from Liverpool, Camden, Campbelltown, Cabramatta, Bankstown, Auburn, and Padstow are encouraged to apply)

Salary: Up to $135,000 base salary + 12% bonus

Work Schedule:

  • 4 days in-office / 1 day work-from-home (WFH) starting January

Company Workforce:

  • Total workforce: 850 employees (blue and white-collar mix)
  • Client group: 250 employees, covering warehouse and administration

HR Team Structure:

  • Part of a newly established HR team of 11, led by the National HR Manager
  • Reporting to Senior HRBP, this role is one of three HR Business Partner roles

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide broad HR support across recruitment, employee relations (ER), and industrial relations (IR)
  • Interpret awards and manage employee relations for a mixed workforce
  • Oversee recruitment processes for various roles within the client group

Required Skills and Experience

  • Solid experience in a generalist HR role
  • Proven ability to interpret awards and navigate complex ER/IR matters
  • Some depth of experience in remuneration practices is beneficial
