About the job (Mid / Senior) Software / IT Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the features, benefits, and functionalities of our SaaS platform.
- Identify potential clients and businesses that could benefit from our platform.
- Act as single point of contact during sales lifecycle
- Serve as a mentor for the customer.
- Attend shows, seminar , all related events.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Regularly report progress to senior management.
- Search for new customers and Review customer contacted based on commercial campaigns,
- Work with potential clients to negotiate pricing, contract terms, and any custom requirements they might have, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
- Assist new clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with our platform.
- Regularly liaise with clients to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs.
- Customer visits (if needed) to achieve sales goals.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science or any relevant
- +5 years of experience as a Sales Executive
- 3+ years of experience in Software sales, IT sales is a Must
- Social media Contact Center experience is a Must
- Strong understanding of the E-commerce industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A proactive approach to sales and a hunger to close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Experience in creating Sales Reports.
