About the job (Mid / Senior) Software / IT Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand the features, benefits, and functionalities of our SaaS platform.
  • Identify potential clients and businesses that could benefit from our platform.
  • Act as single point of contact during sales lifecycle
  • Serve as a mentor for the customer.
  • Attend shows, seminar , all related events.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
  • Regularly report progress to senior management.
  • Search for new customers and Review customer contacted based on commercial campaigns,
  • Work with potential clients to negotiate pricing, contract terms, and any custom requirements they might have, ensuring a win-win situation for both parties.
  • Assist new clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with our platform.
  • Regularly liaise with clients to gather feedback, understand their evolving needs.
  • Customer visits (if needed) to achieve sales goals.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Science or any relevant
  • +5 years of experience as a Sales Executive
  • 3+ years of experience in Software sales, IT sales is a Must
  • Social media Contact Center experience is a Must
  • Strong understanding of the E-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • A proactive approach to sales and a hunger to close deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Experience in creating Sales Reports.
