Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote our petrochemical products, with a strong emphasis on bulk sales.

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, particularly in the bulk sales sector.

Lead Generation and Client Development: Prospect and qualify leads, develop relationships with potential and existing clients, and convert leads into profitable sales.

Negotiate and Close Sales Contracts: Negotiate and secure sales contracts, ensuring alignment with company profitability goals and client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs promptly and effectively.

Sales Presentations and Communication: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations, clearly communicating the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products.

Sales Data Analysis and Forecasting: Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends, forecast sales, and develop strategies to improve performance.

Marketing Initiatives Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives that promote our products and services.

Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the company.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 4 to 7 years of demonstrably successful experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in bulk sales, preferably within the petrochemical industry.

Sales Performance: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals, particularly in bulk sales.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of petrochemical products and the global market is a plus.

Travel: There will be a requirement for travel internationally.
