Our client, an independent boutique consultancy firm, with offices in London, Paris, and Lisbon, offering an innovative, exceptionally agile, and deeply collaborative way to support financial institutions throughout their transformational journey. In line with our ambitions to expand, we are now looking to enhance our Sales capabilities with an experienced Sales Manager to further expand our business in France including Risk, ESG & Automation Services.

The Manager will share our values and be passionate about working with like-minded, empowered, and highly talented consultants on some of the most challenging and pressing issues facing the financial ecosystem today.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and closing sales opportunities for new clients and exploring new scopes in existing client relationships
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from telephone prospecting to the signing of the service contract
  • Collaborating with senior leadership, as well as with advisory teams to understand prospective clients business challenges and successfully proposing solutions
  • Growing the business by developing lasting relationships with clients key decision-makers
  • Actively participating in sales presentations, contract negotiations/renewal, and client governance
  • Planning marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the solutions
  • Proposing and producing end-to-end sales KPIs and enhancing internal reporting capabilities
  • Mentoring a more junior salesperson located in our London office to share his experience and build a common commercial strategy

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting to financial services stakeholders and winning new business, preferably in the consulting industry
  • In-depth understanding of capital markets and banking, the financial sector, and the consulting industry in France
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across client organisations
