About the job Assistant Management Accountant (Interim)
Our client, a fast-growing global technology platform headquartered in Sweden, are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Interim Management Accountant within their expanding team in London.
The accountant will be an articulate part-qualified accountant, with fantastic attention to detail and accuracy. We are looking for enthusiasm, a willingness to learn new skills, and a drive to develop with a growing company.
The successful candidate is likely to have a strong academic and analytical background as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.
Some key responsibilities would include:
· AR invoicing and credit control.
· AP process, coding and payments.
· Bank, and credit card reconciliation.
· Revenue and Invoicing control and bi-monthly reporting.
· Expenses processing.
· Payroll processing UK.
· Financial analysis of revenue/ costs.
· Meeting month end reporting deadlines (day 1, 2 and 3).
· Ad hoc report production.
· Benefits administration.
For the role we would like you to have:
· Part Qualified/studying towards ACCA / CIMA / QBE.
· Excellent Excel Skills.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Adaptable and a self starter.
· Good stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
· QuickBooks experience is desirable.
