Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or international hospitality setting
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to deliver high-end guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment and adapt to diverse guest expectations
- With professional attitude, discipline, and strong work ethic
For managerial roles:
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience in operations management, staff supervision, and guest relations
- Strong understanding of F&B standards, service procedures, and quality control
For technical role (Lighting Technician):
- Relevant technical certification or hands-on experience in lighting systems, stage setup, or hotel entertainment facilities
- Must be physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to work
- No amputated fingers
- Ability to handle pressure and work flexible hours/shifts
