Camox Philippines Inc. is looking for a results-driven and highly organized Recruitment Specialist for Healthcare to support the sourcing, screening, profiling, and candidate management of nurses and other healthcare professionals for overseas employment opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, persuasive, disciplined in follow-ups, and capable of building a strong healthcare candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Candidate Sourcing
- Source qualified healthcare candidates, especially nurses and allied healthcare professionals.
- Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, Facebook, referrals, nursing groups, review centers, schools, hospitals, job fairs, and branch networks.
- Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future healthcare job orders.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, follow-ups, and engagement activities.
Screening and Profiling
- Screen applicants based on client requirements, including experience, license, specialty, age, location, availability, and deployment readiness.
- Validate candidate qualifications, employment history, documents, and basic eligibility.
- Prepare accurate candidate profiles, CV summaries, and endorsement sheets.
- Ensure all candidate information is complete, accurate, updated, and properly encoded in the approved tracker or system.
Candidate Management
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist candidates in understanding requirements, timelines, interview schedules, and next steps.
- Monitor candidate interest, availability, interview attendance, selection status, and risk of withdrawal.
- Escalate candidate concerns, complaints, red flags, document issues, or backout risks promptly.
Interview and Client Coordination Support
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate confirmations, and attendance monitoring.
- Assist in preparing candidate line-ups for client interviews and recruitment campaigns.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager, Sourcing Manager, Processing Team, and Compliance Team to ensure smooth movement from sourcing to deployment.
- Provide timely updates on candidate status and sourcing performance.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain updated sourcing trackers, call reports, lead reports, interview reports, and conversion reports.
- Submit daily and weekly recruitment updates as required.
- Track key recruitment indicators such as leads generated, candidates screened, CVs endorsed, interview attendance, selections, and deployment-ready candidates.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, data privacy standards, and ethical recruitment practices.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Nursing, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course.
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, healthcare staffing, manpower, or overseas recruitment is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may be considered.
- Experience sourcing nurses or healthcare workers is a strong advantage.
- Good communication, persuasion, and candidate engagement skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates and requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, job portals, and social media sourcing.
- Able to work under targets, deadlines, and high-volume recruitment requirements.
Preferred Advantage
- Existing network with nurses, hospitals, nursing schools, review centers, or healthcare groups.
- Knowledge of Middle East healthcare recruitment requirements.
- Familiarity with DMW-related recruitment and deployment processes is an advantage.
- Experience in job fairs, special recruitment activities, or mass hiring campaigns.
- Ability to use recruitment trackers, databases, CRM, or applicant tracking systems.
