WE'RE HIRING: HR & ADMIN HEAD

Makati Office / Assigned Camox Work Location | Full-Time | Camox Philippines Inc.

Camox Philippines Inc. is looking for a competent, organized, and people-centered HR & Admin Head to lead the company's human resources, administration, facilities, vendor coordination, and workplace health and safety functions.

This role is ideal for a strong HR/Admin professional who can manage the full employee lifecycle while also ensuring that office administration, facilities, suppliers, and support services are properly controlled, documented, and aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

HR Management – Full Cycle HR

The HR & Admin Head will oversee the full HR spectrum, including:

  • Workforce planning and manpower coordination with department heads
  • Recruitment, screening, hiring, and onboarding of employees
  • Preparation and monitoring of employment contracts, job descriptions, movement forms, and HR documents
  • Probationary review, regularization monitoring, and performance evaluation coordination
  • Training needs assessment, employee development, and learning programs
  • Employee relations, grievance handling, coaching, and workplace issue management
  • Attendance, leave, timekeeping, and discipline monitoring
  • Policy implementation, HR advisories, and employee communication
  • Offboarding, clearance, exit documentation, final pay coordination, and turnover monitoring
  • Proper maintenance and confidentiality of employee 201 files and HR records
  • Coordination with Management on labor compliance, employee concerns, and HR risk areas

Admin, Facilities, Vendor, and Health & Safety

The role will also oversee core administrative functions, including:

  • Office administration and daily support service coordination
  • Vendor, supplier, contractor, landlord, and building admin coordination
  • Procurement monitoring for office supplies, repairs, services, and facility requirements
  • Facilities management for office premises, branches, staff accommodation, and applicant accommodation, where applicable
  • Monitoring of cleanliness, maintenance, repairs, utilities, office equipment, furniture, and fixtures
  • Company asset monitoring, inventory, issuance, return, and accountability tracking
  • Coordination of security, access control, keys, office safety, and workplace readiness
  • Implementation of workplace health, safety, sanitation, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting procedures
  • Monitoring fire safety, first aid, emergency exits, safety signage, and basic OSH requirements
  • Documentation of admin requests, facility issues, vendor performance, and corrective actions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR and Admin, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, training, and performance management
  • Experience in admin operations, facilities coordination, vendor management, and workplace safety
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor standards, DOLE requirements, statutory benefits, and HR compliance
  • Strong documentation, communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Highly organized, trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle confidential employee and company information
  • Able to work with management, department heads, employees, vendors, and external service providers professionally

Preferred Advantage

  • Experience in manpower, recruitment, service, or agency-based operations
  • Familiarity with DMW-regulated or compliance-heavy work environments
  • Background in policy implementation, disciplinary documentation, HR audits, or ISO/admin control systems
  • Basic knowledge of occupational safety and health requirements
  • Experience managing multi-site offices, branches, staff housing, or company accommodations
