Camox Philippines Inc. is looking for an HR Assistant to support our growing operations team across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR documentation, compliance, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding processes
  • Prepare and monitor HR documents, contracts, memoranda, and employee records
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR trackers
  • Support attendance, leave monitoring, payroll coordination, and timekeeping concerns
  • Coordinate with departments regarding HR requirements and employee concerns
  • Assist in implementation of company policies, HR programs, and internal communications
  • Support compliance-related documentation for DOLE, DMW, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG matters when required
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
  • Assist during recruitment campaigns, interviews, and HR/Admin projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Can work in a fast-paced and highly coordinated environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn

Preferred Advantage

  • Experience in HR, recruitment, admin, payroll coordination, or documentation work
  • Familiarity with labor standards, HR processes, or recruitment industry operations
  • Experience handling employee records and reports is an advantage
